This one day training led by Tom Sherrington will introduce delegates to the latest Coaching Model that forms the basis our new WalkThrus book.

Our definition covers instructional coaching for individuals, pairs, small groups and teams. Tom will outline how the model works, from designing a robust coaching system that builds around excellent training on core techniques, to in-depth coaching dialogue that supports teachers to form new habits in their practice.

We will explore the Why and How of implementing a great coaching programme, ensuring delegates develop their understanding of the rationale for engaging in this work with some concrete examples of how it is done in practice.
