THE COMPANY.

Teaching WalkThrus International Ltd is the company set up by Tom and Oliver as co-Directors to run our WalkThrus operation. Having written and published the WalkThrus books originally as independent authors and consultants, Tom and Oliver formed the TWI company in 2021 to support our long-term commitment to sustaining WalkThrus as a resource for schools and colleges worldwide.

Our partnerships with John Catt Ltd/Hodder and Haringey Education Partnership allow us to provide a range of services whilst generating new content, bringing in the expertise of numerous teachers and leaders to support us along the way. We now have a team in place that allows us to continue the work long into the future.

ACHIEVEMENTS.

We have been absolutely delighted with our progress as a company since we launched. Each of the three volumes of WalkThrus has been very popular with Volume 1 regularly hitting the best-sellers lists for Education books. All together we’ve released over 300,000 WalkThrus books into the world!

Our memberships have also taken off beyond our expectations. As of June 2023, we have over 3000 schools and colleges that have signed up. About 200 schools have joined us from around the world, including 45 countries with 80 or more in Australia.

Most importantly, as we tour the country on our consultancy visits, we are seeing the impact WalkThrus has had, with teachers in every type of setting improving their practice and using a shared language for their professional learning that they didn’t previously have. Our Case Stories capture more of the details .
