GUIDANCE SLIDES VIDEOS.

We have videos where Tom and others will talk you through the key steps needed to use the 5Ps Feedback in Coaching process and the supporting documents effectively.

You will also find support with Team Coaching including a WalkThru slidedeck that doesn’t appear in any of the books.

COACHING VIDEOS.

If you want to see coaching in action, we worked with the Chiltern Learning Trust to provide this set of videos. Each film follows a teacher exploring the implementation of a WalkThru technique in the classroom, followed by a coaching conversation with Tom Sherrington. They have been designed as a tool to support both a greater understanding of the techniques used, as well as a model of how to support the teacher to reflect and refine their classroom practice further through an instructional coaching approach.

COACHING GUIDANCE.

Matt Stone has produced this superb guide for coaches, exclusively for WalkThrus members. It’s a series of one-page guides to key ideas in coaching including common problems, helpful approaches and key questions that move the conversations forward effectively.

STEPLAB.

For schools and colleges that also use Steplab to supercharge their coaching work it is now possible to access WalkThrus through their library.

If you are signed up to both platforms, you can claim a 20% discount on your next renewal or on sign-up if you’re joining as new members.

DIGITAL JOURNAL.

Jamie Clark, a UK teacher based in Perth, Australia, has produced multiple resources to support teachers with engaging with the WalkThrus materials. He has created this superb Digital Journal to guide teachers through their whole PD process with links to key WalkThrus and videos. It is editable and therefore schools can take the model and adapt it to suit their needs, adding their own specific WalkThrus as they wish. Each teacher then can make a copy and have their own personal journal.
